Unique and Affordable Bridal Shower Decor
Weddings are making a comeback!!! It’s been a long year and we’ve learned how to pivot and adapt to a new normal. The cliche saying is true, you really don’t know what you’ve got til it’s gone. I never realized how much I enjoy planning parties for my friends and family until it wasn’t a thing. I’m so thankful that we are slowly climbing out of that nightmare and getting back to seeing our friends and loved ones again and being able to celebrate all of life’s special moments.
Which brings me to today’s DIY project! My friend and coworker is having a small minimony late this summer and wasn’t planning on much else. I asked if it was ok to throw a small bridal shower in her honor for our crew at work and she gladly accepted! We normally host a small event at the office but, due to covid, we aren’t allowed to have any gatherings on the premises. I figured it would be more fun and personal to throw the event in my backyard instead and I could add more magical details and make it a true shower for her instead of a quick 30 minute after-work affair.

I purchased the flowers at my local Sam’s Club! They lasted for over a week and were very affordable at about $4.00/bundle. It’s a great place to look if you need some flowers but aren’t super picky about the selection, I thought my store had a nice variety though!
